Working with my family to bring the taste of Neapolitan style pizza started back in 2010 when we imported our very first wood fired oven. It had been our family’s pastime to knead the dough, prepare the sauce and even go to our local Whistler farmers market to find the freshest toppings. Every part of the process, my daughter Talula, wife Tess, and I, would cherish. It is this tradition that grew into our wood fired pizza passion. We have truly enjoyed our ongoing experience to bring delicious flavors, and robust tastes, to festivals, private parties, mobile vending, studios and films. Moreover, we continue to import the finest flours from Italy, and prepare them in an imported Italian spiral mixer.
